| Welcome to the often times interesting, often times hectic world of Georgia Cheer. What am I talking about? Well, I like to take pictures, have since I was a child, probably because my father, Sam Cheer, likes electronic and mechanical "toys" and being number one daughter, I spent a lot of time at his trouser leg. Luckily, Dad let young daughter borrow Dad's really cool German camera and take photos wherever I went, whether it be on vacations or of the family pet. What I'm getting at is that I do enjoy photography, have spent years at it, but not as a serious career pursuit. You know how that is, once you find you really enjoy doing something, you figure, "Hey I should do this for a living," then you start studying the practicality of this idea as a career (as with many art forms), you find that your interest wanes when you can't make money at it. So, I figure photography for me should be a pleasant pastime, that way I won't lose interest in it. I have taken lots of pictures in my travels, tourist-type photos. I also have many horse photos from visits to Arabian breeding farms in the U.S., England and Australia. Now if you've read down this far, you must not be having a busy day, so what kind of photos would you like me to install on my web page? Horses, travel pictures, my family (oh, how exciting! I hear you say) or tidbits from recent activities around my house, yep, equally enthralling. Tell me what you want to see and I'll get on with it.
Good news, the list ends here. |
