| PLEASE READ: This form is to produce a Pure Crabbet Breeder Directory. The goal is to have all Pure Crabbets in the world (male and female) listed in the directory, then followed by Crabbets listed in percentages on down, such as 99%, 98% to 60% if space allows. YOUR submission is essential, as is your integrity for authencity of Crabbet percentage. It is FREE to be included, and collection of data will continue throughout 2005. Then the first volume of a printed directory will be published with photos gathered from this form. NOT ALL SUBMISSIONS can be included as space in the publication is determined by costs to produce. Advertising will be solicited to offset costs and based on the amount of costs, the entries will be divided into separate volumes. So the first entries received will be the first published, then subsequent entries will go in subsequent volumes. Thereby, by filling out this form you give your permission for us to publish the information for pubic review. If you have previously sent me information, please kindly resend via this form.
